A New Pastor for
St. Didacus Parish
Bishop McElroy has appointed Fr. Enrique Fuentes as pastor of St. Didacus effective July 1, 2017. Fr. Enrique is currently serving at St. Mary, Star of the Sea in Oceanside, also a bilingual parish with a parish school. We look forward to welcoming him to our parish community in July!

Help Wanted

Religious Education-We are in need of Religious Education Teachers for several grades. Classes are on Wednesday's 5:30-7pm from September through May. If you would like more information, talk with Elena after Mass or call her at the Parish Office.

Youth Group-We also need adult volunteers for our teen Youth Nights from September through May. Our Youth Nights are on Tuesday's from 6:30-8pm. For more information, see Zeke after Mass or give him a call at the Parish Office.

"Laudato Si"
Creation Care Team

On May 20th, Fr. Emmet Farrell held a workshop here in conjunction with the Diocese’s Office of Social Ministry based on Pope Francis’ Encyclical “Laudato Si—The Care of Our Common Home.” The goal of this presentation and of the Diocese is to unite persons of each parish with others interested in protecting creation and preserving our environment to create a parish “Creation Care Team.” If you are interested in knowing more, please contact the Parish Office. This is your opportunity to become a founding member of St. Didacus Parish’s “Creation Care Team.”
